Nature's Intelligence Kinesiology ("we", "us"), operated by Li-Anne Tan, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Who we are

Nature's Intelligence Kinesiology is a trauma-informed kinesiology practice based in Singapore (Temple Street, Singapore 058596), offering in-person and online sessions. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at naturesintelk@gmail.com.

What information we collect

• Booking details. When you book an Insight & Fit Call or a session, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address, and any details you choose to share in the booking form.
• Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Session information. During sessions, we may record notes relating to your wellbeing, history and goals. Because this can include sensitive information, we treat it with particular care.
• Basic technical data. Our website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Standard server logs kept by our web host may record limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To schedule, prepare for and conduct your sessions.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To keep appropriate records of the work we do together.
• To meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set cookies of its own. It relies on two third-party services:

• Calendly — used for booking. When you click a "Book" button you are taken to Calendly's own website, where your booking is handled under Calendly's Privacy Policy. Calendly may set its own cookies on their site.
• Google Fonts — used to display the site's typefaces. This does not set cookies, though Google may log the font request. See Google's Privacy Policy.

How we protect and keep your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal data secure and confidential, and we limit access to it to what is necessary to provide our services. Session information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where we are required to do so by law.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your data, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

Not a substitute for medical care

Kinesiology sessions are a complementary, body-based practice and are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. Information you share is handled as personal data under this policy, not as medical records under any specific healthcare legislation.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Please check back periodically.
